lightCALC advanced – Output Once you are
satisfied with your design, you have the opportunity to preview the output data
via the “Print Preview” command. At
this point, you are allowed the opportunity to customize you work in a variety
of ways. At the top of
the page, you will find a field for the project name and description, along
with the client’s identification and your name and company. You can choose
different optimization options to emphasize text or graphics. You can also establish a date for the
document. Should you
discover an element requiring a change, you can close this section and return
to any previous section to make your modification. Once the change is concluded, return to this section for
confirmation of its depiction in the output. Once
satisfied, click “Print” to get the presentation copy. You will notice that the presentation copy
is clear of many graphic elements not necessary for customer review, yet
helpful during the “Print Preview” phase. Should your system be equipped with Acrobat Distiller, you can convert your final output to PDF format for electronic transmission and storage. This expedites the entire process by allowing you to rapidly transmit original quality data via e-mail. |
